Hello again... Cocoa Bean here.
Last year I told you about my epic journey from a tropical farm to becoming chocolate.
This year, I just wanted to say thank you.
Thank you for celebrating the little bean behind every chocolate bar, brownie and truffle.
While I get most of the credit today, I couldn't do it alone. It takes farmers, shipping lines, warehouses, logistics teams and manufacturers all working together to get me from pod to palate.
At Commodity Centre, they look after me while I'm in their care, making sure I'm stored in the right conditions and ready for the next stage of my journey.
So today, if you're treating yourself to a little chocolate(and why wouldn't you?), remember where it all began.
