Commodity Centre Belgium, located in the Port of Antwerp, today announced the acquisition of Goossens Transport BV, an established and well-respected provider of container transport based in Belgium. The transaction represents a significant expansion of the Group’s freight and haulage operations and further strengthens its logistics presence across Europe.
