Warehousing Amsterdam

Warehousing in Amsterdam

Commodity Centre provides specialist warehousing in Amsterdam through our purpose-built 66,000 sqm terminal, designed exclusively for bulk cocoa storage.
With decades of experience in commodity warehousing, we support efficient logistics operations while protecting product quality from arrival through to onward distribution.

Our Amsterdam facility plays a vital role in strengthening supply chains for global cocoa importers, exporters and manufacturers.

Ideal Amsterdam Location

Our warehouse in Amsterdam is located adjacent to the two main container terminals, which serve more than 80% of major container lines.

This prime position provides direct access to global shipping routes and fast transfer from vessel to warehouse.

With barge loading and unloading facilities on site, we enable smooth cargo movement across Europe and beyond. By reducing handling time and improving access to onward transport, we help optimise supply chain performance.

Purpose-Built for Bulk Cocoa Storage

The Amsterdam site is optimised for large-scale cocoa imports. Beans move directly from vessel to pen using high-capacity belts, or from container pit to warehouse without unnecessary double handling.

Bulk carrier trucks can be loaded in all weather conditions without entering the warehouse. This improves safety, reduces delays and maintains product integrity throughout the storage process.

Every stage of handling is designed to support efficient logistics operations and preserve the condition of sensitive commodities.
