We’re incredibly proud to announce that our UK Warehouse Coordinator, Cally Dixon, has been shortlisted in the Rising Star category in UKWA Awards for Excellence 2026.
Aged just 25, Cally has already built a strong reputation across the business for her drive, professionalism and ability to deliver results, quickly becoming a trusted figure not only within her own team but across the wider business.
Cally’s story
Starting as an Operations Administrator at the age of 21, Cally quickly progressed to Inbound Operations Supervisor and now holds the role of Warehouse Coordinator.
She has established herself as a confident and decisive leader, bringing structure, accountability and a clear operational framework to her role. By restructuring her team and prioritising cross-training, she has created a flexible, multi-skilled workforce capable of supporting inbound, outbound and wider operational demands.

Cally now oversees inbound activity, supports colleagues across the business and regularly steps into the Operations Manager role when needed, demonstrating both versatility and commitment. She has also taken ownership of agency staff planning and played a key role in onboarding new clients, helping to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Her performance reflects a level of maturity and strategic thinking well beyond her years. Through her proactive approach to improving workflows and implementing new processes, she has enhanced both efficiency and accuracy across operations. With her drive, capability and leadership potential, Cally is firmly on track for a senior role in the future.
Vikki Baker, Braxted Operations Manager, comments:
Cally takes great pride in her work and achievements and is constantly looking to learn more and improve herself. She is an asset to the company and I am confident she will continue to flourish in her career development.
